Michael B. ("Mickey") Fineberg, Ph. D. is the Managing Partner of Delta Consultants. Dr. Fineberg has been a Psychologist to business for over 25 years. Founding Delta in 1988, Dr. Fineberg and his staff have partnered with a variety of privately and publicly held companies to enhance leadership and organizational capacity, and their ability to select high quality people.

Dr. Fineberg and Delta are dedicated to applying state-of-the-art technology by way of products and processes that link people-development to bottom line results. "We are in the business of assessing and developing organization, team and individual effectiveness."

Dr. Fineberg holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Temple University (1978), an M.S. in Psychology from Villanova University (1973) and a B.A. in the same discipline from Washington College-Maryland (1968).
